• Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery details. Flowers Lounge by Iness is not liable for delays or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

• Delivery Schedule: While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. You may request a preferred time frame during checkout, and we will make every effort to meet it.

• Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location:

• We may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area.

• We may leave it with a neighbor.

• We will attempt to contact you for further instructions.

• Recipient Contact: We may contact the recipient to confirm delivery details unless instructed otherwise in the special instructions box during checkout.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Requests can be submitted by contacting us at 1(747)307- 1760 . Orders canceled within this timeframe are eligible for store credit. No refunds will be issued once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. Claims for defective or unsatisfactory products must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the arrangement and send them to flbyiness@gmail.com Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Flowers Lounge by Iness is not liable for:
