In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Flowers Lounge by Iness proudly offers flower delivery throughout Burbank and surrounding Los Angeles areas.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed within our daily ordering window. Availability may vary depending on the delivery location, flower availability, and order volume.

Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver orders within the requested delivery window. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, building access, recipient availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe and appropriate location, such as near the front door, with a receptionist, concierge, front desk, or another authorized person when possible.

If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, we may contact the recipient or customer for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or unit numbers, gate codes, business names, and any special access instructions. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required because of incorrect or incomplete information.

Hospitals, Hotels & Businesses

For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, offices, and other businesses, please provide the recipient’s full name, room or department when applicable, and any additional information needed to complete the delivery. Deliveries may be left with an authorized front desk, reception, concierge, or staff member.

Delivery Area & Fees

We are based in Burbank, California, and provide local flower delivery to Burbank and many surrounding communities throughout the Los Angeles area. Delivery availability and fees are calculated based on the destination and displayed during checkout.

Our goal is to ensure every Flowers Lounge by Iness arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and carefully presented.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
